The questions do not have to be directly created in the software. You can create the questions using Word or Excel files even before you buy the software. • This Word file has a table with eight columns.

• The first column is where you have to put the serial no.

• The second is for the questions

• The rest of the 4-5 columns are for answer options and the last one is for the answer option.

Output Word Format

Once you have stored the questions in the question bank, you can create the question papers whenever you want. All you need to do is define your requirements and the software will prepare a question paper for you. The question paper is provided in Word format.
