The fourth and the last step of the question paper generation process is the question paper output. After creating your blueprint, here is where the actual question paper is created or generated by the question paper preparation software. You have to return back to the OMR software interface after creating your blueprint. Click on Step 2 – Generate Paper. Here, you can view a video that guides you on the process of question paper output.
When you click on the Generate Paper button, you will be taken to a panel where you can start with the final stages of question paper generating process.
First, you have to select the blue print and the details that you had selected would be produced in the space provided below.
Then you have to click on the Select Questions button and the list of questions chosen by the software would appear on the right hand side of the panel. You also have to choose the group or set number of the question paper you are going to create.
You can view the unique identity number of each question too.
You can then select the output layout and the format that you want for the question paper.
Now, click on Generate Paper button. The output would be presented in Word file.
Along with the question paper, the software also creates the answer key and description sheet in the same sequence or format as the question paper.
After this, you can go back to the Paper Generator panel and create a Group or Set 2 of the same paper. By doing this, the software would automatically shuffle the questions and provide a different question paper. It will also provide an answer key for the same.
With the Addmen test paper generator software, you do not have to worry about repeating the questions. The software automatically deletes repeated questions.
It also makes sure that the least used questions are used. You can create test papers using one or even more than one unit/subject/topic/chapter.
